DU Students, Teachers Surrounded VC's Office Demanding Shuvo's Release

Students and teachers of Dhaka University (DU) have surrounded the office of the VC for unconditional release of blogger Shuvo who is also a student of the university. Before that, they also organized a protest programme in front of Oporajeyo Bangla. Sources informed that, DU VC professor AAMS Arefin Siddique is still now in his office surrounded by the protesters. The speakers at the protest program said, 'The bloggers like Shuvo was always on the side of the prime minister. So, prime minister should also stay beside them in this situation.' They also advised government not to step in two boats at one time. However, another group of protesters whose were protesting in front of Raju Vaskorjo also going to join with them.
